Managing Partner

Rebecca serves as the Managing Partner and plays a key role in guiding the overall direction and success of our office. She is actively involved in many aspects of the business, from supporting clients and associates to helping lead daily operations and strategic growth. Rebecca works closely with both companies and job seekers to ensure strong partnerships and successful employment connections.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Rebecca is often the driving force that keeps everything moving forward. Ryan Smith

Owner

Ryan began his career with Express Employment Professionals in 2015 as the Business Development Manager for the Saint Joseph, Michigan office. After helping businesses throughout Southwest Michigan solve staffing and workforce challenges, he discovered a passion for the industry and purchased the office in 2019. Today, he serves as Owner and Operator, leading one of the area's top staffing providers across Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.

With a strong focus on Professional and Skilled Trades staffing, Ryan works closely with local businesses to find qualified talent, creating successful employment matches and building strong partnerships that support long-term success. Known for his commitment to exceptional service, he is dedicated to helping businesses grow, supporting his team, and connecting great people with great jobs.

Outside of work, Ryan and his wife, Rebecca, who also works full-time in the office, are active in their community and enjoy spending time with their four children. Ryan serves on multiple boards, plays drums on his church worship team, and is passionate about helping others succeed both professionally and personally.
