As a Production Packer, you will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing automotive and industrial parts for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely package automotive and industrial parts into designated boxes and containers according to company specifications.
• Inspect parts for visible defects, damage, or discrepancies before packaging.
• Complete shipping and packaging paperwork.
• Apply and verify labels for packaged products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous manufacturing, factory, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic counting and paperwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as needed.
• Ability to work in a production environment with repetitive motions.
• Capable of maintaining a consistent work pace throughout the shift.
