Express Employment Professionals is searching for a Detailer to join a growing company near McGregor, MN.
Standard Dayshift Hours (Mon-Fri) - With Flexibility During the Off-season and Overtime During Busy Seasons!
Annual Salary: $40,000 - $60,000/year
Job Responsibilities:
- Transform boats from drab to fab with Gel coat repair, Fiberglass repair, Color Restoration, Buffing, and Interior repair.
- Give boats a spa day by washing their exterior with cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
- Buff and wax surfaces to protect and preserve their shine, making them the envy of the marina.
- Be the boat whisperer, repairing damages according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Clean upholstery, carpet, flooring, and other surfaces using magical cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Give a little TLC to boat interiors by applying revitalizers, preservation agents to vinyl or leather surfaces, and treating fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals.
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience with detail & repair work – Show us your boat-buffing superpowers!
- Valid driver’s license – To bring your boat-beautifying skills to the marina.
- Ability to work well with others – Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Positive Attitude
