Direct-hire options: **lead HR for a local private company **or launch your career in a government office doing HR + AR/AP—both Monday-Friday with full benefits.

What You’ll Do (Depending on Role)

Private HR Manager
• Full-cycle recruiting & onboarding • HRIS/payroll administration • Employee relations & policy development • Compliance reporting to GM/leadership

Gov’t Entry-Level HR/AR-AP Specialist
• Process bi-weekly payroll changes, benefits enrollments, and timecards • Prepare and post AR/AP invoices, reconcile ledgers • Maintain personnel files, assist with civil-service postings • Support HR Director with union data and training logs

Must-Haves

For HR Manager (Private)
• 3 + yrs HR generalist/manager experience • strong employment-law knowledge • HRIS & Excel reporting skills

For HR/AR-AP Specialist (Gov’t)
• 1 + yr clerical, payroll, or accounting exposure • hands-on AR/AP or bookkeeping experience • comfort with HRIS or accounting software

Friendly, professional communication style & high attention to detail (both roles).
Nice-to-Haves

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/-SCP certification (private role).
