Experienced Carpenters – Framing, Siding, Roofing, Trim | $25/hour+ | Grand Rapids, MN
Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking highly skilled, experienced Carpenters to join our team in Grand Rapids, MN. We’re looking for true professionals who can handle all aspects of residential and light commercial carpentry — from framing and siding to roofing and detailed trim work.

Starting Wage: $25–$35/hour (Depending on experience and skill set – top pay for top talent!)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete a wide range of carpentry tasks with minimal supervision: framing, siding, roofing, window/door installs, interior and exterior trim.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, construction drawings, and job specs.
- Take precise measurements and make accurate cuts.
- Lead or work closely with a crew to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience across multiple phases of construction.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial building practices.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and layout dimensions.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required!
