Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring dependable, hardworking laborers to support ongoing residential and commercial restoration and cleaning projects in Bemidji, MN. This position is ideal for those with some construction or restoration background. If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and want to build real-world experience — this is your shot.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Tear out damaged drywall, flooring, and materials
- Haul debris and keep job sites clean and safe
- Use basic hand tools and power tools
- Assist water mitigation efforts through water extraction and mold/fire restoration
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Travel to various job sites – every day is something different!
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically able to lift, bend, carry, and stay moving
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Can pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid license, reliable transportation, and shows up on time
- Previous experience in construction, labor, or restoration
