- Days: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Pay
- Starting Wage: $16.00/hour
- Weekly Bonus: $100 bonus for each completed 40-hour work week
You’ll earn extra cash every week just for working your full schedule!
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers in Bemidji, MN. In this role, you will help build quality products in a friendly, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is a full-time day shift position, perfect for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands. No prior assembly experience? No problem – training is provided! Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products and components according to work instructions and blueprints.

Use hand and power tools to build and install parts.

Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use basic tools (training provided).

Reliability and excellent attendance – can you be counted on to be on time every day?

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 40lbs) during the shift.
