What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the first friendly voice customers hear by answering incoming calls and assisting with inquiries

Make occasional follow-up calls to keep customers updated

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Work with company software to manage accounts and resolve issues

Help customers identify the products and solutions that fit their needs

Tackle challenges with professionalism and clear communication
What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service or sales background

Basic Microsoft Office skills

Confidence in handling billing and account information
