Assembly Line Worker - Hiring Immediately!!!
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking reliable Assemblers in Hibbing, MN. These are temporary, full-time opportunities with openings on first and second shifts, possible mandatory overtime on Saturdays.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling corrugated plastic products and related components. The schedule runs Monday - Friday, offering steady hours in a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and thrive in a fast paced, team environment.
Responsibilities:

Assemble components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machines

Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Prepare and organize materials, tools, and parts for production

Fasten, align, and inspect components; perform quality checks

Trim, drill, bond, or heat plastic parts as needed
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
-
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Must pass a background check.

Ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and use a computer.

Good hand-eye coordination; able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.

Team player with strong focus on safety and quality.
