Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers warmly, making them feel at home.
- Oversee customer entry and exit.
- Answer phones and field inquiries about services or general questions.
- Handle customer requests or issues calmly and professionally.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We Look For:
- Must be able to work every other weekend and stand on feet throughout entire shift.
- Positive and customer-focused attitude – you genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Emotional resilience – able to stay calm and courteous when a customer is upset or a situation is stressful.
- Strong communication skills (clear spoken English; polite and friendly tone).
- Basic computer skills for using email and company software.
- Reliability and punctuality – we can count on you to show up every day.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience at Front Desk or relevant field.
