Service Technician - Hiring Now!
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Service Technician for a well-established company in the Grand Rapids, MN area. This role focuses on maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems for existing clients — no installation work required.

What You'll Do:
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner.
- Document service calls using a company-provided iPad.
- Drive a company vehicle to service locations.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related fields.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Boiler’s license is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
