B2B Sales Professional- Outside SalesAre you energetic, competitive, and great with people? Do you like being out in the community, building relationships, and working toward goals? Express Employment Professionals in Grand Rapids is working with a top-rated company to hire an Outside Sales Representative to grow and support relationships with local businesses. A strong training program is provided and no sales experience is required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Starting Wage: $16 - $25/hour, based on skills and experience
Commission and incentive opportunities are provided
Travel within a 90 mile radius will be required
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities and client needs
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Use CRM systems, email, and social platforms to support sales efforts
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year degree required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Tech-savvy and confident using computers, email, and social media required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with face-to-face sales interactions
- Thrives in high-pressure, goal-driven environments
