HVAC / Plumbing Technician & Drywall Finishers

Express Employment Professionals is looking to hire skilled HVAC/Plumbing professionals and experienced Drywall Finishers to join a reputable company on the Iron Range. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping customers stay comfortable year-round, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.
This position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with wages starting at $19 - $20/hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Reading blueprints and work orders
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and industry codes
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC and plumbing experience or technical training
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Drywall Finishers
Responsibilities Include:
- Hanging, taping, mudding, and sanding drywall
- Repairing drywall after HVAC/plumbing installations
- Matching textures and preparing surfaces for paint
- Reading layouts and blueprints
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Ensuring high-quality finished appearance
Qualifications:
- Previous drywall finishing or construction experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, climb, and work on job sites
- Dependable and motivated work ethic
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
