Sous Chef
Express Employment is seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen near Brainerd, MN. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who enjoys leading others, maintaining high food quality standards, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Duties:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Support menu development and ensure recipe consistency
- Lead, train, and coordinate back-of-house staff
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments for events and service needs
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ year culinary degree preferred
- 3+ years of culinary or kitchen leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
