CONCRETE FINISHER/LABORER
Hiring Immediately | McGregor, MN | $20 - $30/hour
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Concrete Finishers and Concrete Laborers with previous concrete, construction, or masonry experience. We are looking for dependable and hard-working candidates who have worked in the concrete or construction industry before and are ready to continue developing their skills. Experience with concrete pouring, finishing, flatwork, forming, or ICF construction is a plus!

What You'll Do
- Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing
- Help prepare and set forms for concrete projects
- Perform flatwork including sidewalks, driveways, patios, and slabs
- Assist with ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) projects
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work alongside experienced crew members to complete projects on time
Qualifications
- Previous concrete, construction, or masonry experience
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Masonry experience is encouraged to apply
- Experience with flatwork or ICF construction is a bonus
