MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Boiler License Preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the apartment property
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine building inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
- Maintain boilers, heating systems, and related equipment
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, painting, and basic renovations
- Assist with snow removal, grounds maintenance, and seasonal property upkeep
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or property maintenance experience preferred
- Boiler License strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
