Production Worker
Grand Rapids, MN | Monday - Friday | $17.50 - $19.00/hour
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting dependable Production Workers, with openings on all shifts, for a well-established manufacturing company in the Grand Rapids area!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team-oriented production environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but candidates with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Job Duties
- Perform general production and manufacturing tasks
- Assemble, package, inspect, and prepare products as needed
- Operate basic production equipment and tools
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow established safety procedures
- Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus
