Express Employment is looking for an experienced HVAC-R Technician who takes pride in solving problems, delivering quality workmanship, and providing customers with dependable service.
No two days are exactly the same. You'll work with a variety of residential and commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems - handling everything from diagnostics and preventative maintenance to repairs and installation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and HVAC-R systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective repair solutions
- Install HVAC equipment and related fuel distribution systems
- Maintain inventory and organization of your assigned service vehicle
- Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
- Keep customer properties clean and protected while performing work
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 5+ years in HVAC, HVAC-R, or closely related mechanical experience
- CFC Certification
- EPA Certification
- Current HVAC license or certificate
- Valid driver’s license (CDL Class B is a bonus!)
- Boiler license preferred
- Working knowledge of boiler systems and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
