Outbound Sales Representative
$15/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. | Grand Rapids, MN
Express Employment Professionals are recruiting Outbound Sales Representatives for an in-person assignment. This temporary project is expected to begin mid-next week and last approximately two to three months.
We're looking for reliable, professional individuals who are comfortable making outbound calls, following a prepared script, and using a computer to work through a contact list.
What You'll Do
- Work in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Log in to the assigned computer application and follow a provided list of phone numbers
- Place outbound calls to contacts on the assigned list
- Read the approved script clearly and accurately without errors
- Communicate professionally and courteously over the phone
- Follow the established calling process and instructions
- Track progress through the call list and enter required information in the application
- Notify the supervisor of questions, technical issues, or unusual call situations
- Complete other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work in person for the duration of the assignment
- Ability to read a prepared script aloud clearly and without errors
- Basic computer skills, including logging into an application and navigating a phone-number list
- Ability to accurately dial phone numbers and speak professionally on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
