Job Summary:
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for tracking, storing, and staging products and raw materials, transporting them throughout the facility efficiently to meet production needs. Your role will involve packaging parts appropriately and ensuring they are shipped correctly and on time.
Shift Options:
First Shift: Monday to Friday, options include:
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Alternative Shift Option: Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary paperwork, package parts, and use the correct shipping methods to ship parts to customers.
- Check the current delivery schedule and ship parts to meet customer requirements.
- Assemble packing lists and required documentation for shipments.
- Package parts appropriately to prevent damage during shipment.
- Arrange shipping methods as necessary and maintain records of all parts going to/from the racks.
- Transport products and materials throughout the facility using both manual methods and equipment such as forklifts and push carts.
- Count, weigh, and record the number of material units handled, perform cycle counts, and assist in physical inventory assessments.
- Load picked orders onto trailers according to specifications and sequence, completing appropriate paperwork.
- Unload, move, stack, and stage customer products and materials, keeping accurate records.
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with the ability to carry objects and perform dynamic activities, including reaching, stretching, bending, and twisting.

- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, correcting or communicating hazards to management as needed.
- Conduct physical inventories and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards within the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment while meeting performance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and dependability with regular punctual attendance.
- Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology.
- Ability to adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for safety rules and requirements received in training.
Working Environment:
Non-climate-controlled setting that may involve physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 30-50 lbs). Casual atmosphere where you can listen to music via one earbud while working.
Compensation:
