Job Summary:
Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Operator on the 3rd shift! We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about precision manufacturing and ready to make an impact. In this role, you will be at the forefront of production processes, ensuring high-quality standards are met while operating advanced CNC machinery.
Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: $26-$32/HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machining equipment, specifically milling and Swiss machines.
- Interpret blueprints to determine product specifications and requirements.
- Utilize shop mathematics to evaluate product acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage both short and long-running jobs, ensuring production quality and process stability.
- Adhere to established documents, procedures, and processes.
- Execute tasks in a neat and professional manner, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Appropriately handle nonconforming products and take corrective actions.
- Work effectively under time constraints, demonstrating a proactive approach.
- Use a microscope to inspect parts and identify quality issues.
- Uphold a safe and healthy work environment by following safety standards.
- Collaborate on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Ability to take direction and work independently with confidence.
- Strong technical acumen and self-motivation.
- Excellent organizational skills and reliability.
