?? What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Business Developer, you’ll:
- ?? Connect with local businesses to learn their hiring needs and offer solutions
- ?? Develop community relationships and stay involved in local networking events
- ?? Strategically build and manage your own sales territory
- ?? Conduct outreach through cold calls, warm leads, face-to-face visits, and trade shows
- ?? Share insight on local workforce trends and hiring solutions

- ?? Basic understanding of business operations and hiring needs
- ?? High school diploma/GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus!)
