Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30 pm
Minnetonka, MN
Up to $25/hr
The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Duties:
- Customer Service Responsibilities
- Customer service focus will be primarily supporting the medical side of the business
- First on the phones
- Ensure highest quality of professional customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain current customer information and records
- Communicate additional information to facilitate cross-selling and up-selling
- Provide expedient professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and e-mail
Education and Experience
- 2 years Customer Service experience required - looking for stable work history
- Knowledge and experience with e-mail software, word processing software,
spreadsheet software, NetSuite, customer relationship management software,
and Internet software.
- Industrial and/or medical experience preferred
