About the Role:
As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for all visitors to the office. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll use customer service and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple phone lines, assist guests, and ensure professional results. You will also manage incoming applications and online job postings, as well as scheduling interview appointments.
What You'll Do:
- Create a Positive First Impression: welcome all visitors, professionally handle calls and inquiries, while managing applicant information and online applications in a timely manner.
- Office Administrative Duties: Enter applicant data, handle correspondence and filing with confidentiality, support team, payroll and recruiting efforts as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who can work effectively under stress and demonstrate high performance and goal achievement.
- Customer service experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attendance and punctuality are crucial to the success of this position
