What You’ll Do:
As a Professional Recruiter, you will:
- Develop and grow a book of business through sales calls, presentations, and networking
- Build and maintain a talented network of clients and candidates
- Focus on a specific vertical or functional discipline within the Twin Cities metro (or expand beyond if you choose)
- Create and execute a daily sales and recruiting action plan
- Expand business with existing clients
- Manage job orders with urgency and precision
- Ensure high satisfaction and retention with both clients and candidates
