Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM - 4:30PM
Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local Minneapolis industrial supplies company with filling a Customer Service Representative position.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting outside sales staff and sales support
- Answering phones and messages
- Helping customers with questions, addressing product availability, etc.
- Entering orders and tracking fulfillment
- Working with warehouse staff to ensure orders are being processed
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous office/administrative experience
- Prior experience with industrial supplies a plus
- Experienced with the Microsoft suite and CRMs
