Job Full Description
Machine Operator Position
1st shift: 5am - 3pm
Pay: $17.25/hr.
2nd shift: 3pm - 1am
Pay: $18.25/hr.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS WELL.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate decking machinery and production equipment according to company procedures
- Set up machines for daily production runs, including adjustments for size, material, and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production
- Measure, cut, and assemble decking materials to exact specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machinery
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety policies
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper use of protective equipment
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly
- Assist team members as needed to meet daily production goals
Requirments
- Steel toed boots required.
- Reliable transportation.
