Customer Service Representative
Pay: $16.37-16.50/hour (DOE; Lead roles $18–$19/hour)
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent service in a high-volume gas station and convenience store environment. This role involves assisting customers at the register and sales floor, handling cash transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store. The Customer Service Representative will be assisting in all areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

Operate POS systems to process fuel, merchandise and age-restricted product transactions

Accurately count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts

Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate inventory as needed

Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms and forecourt areas

Support tobacco, car wash and general store operations

Communicate with team members using store communication tools (i.e. walkie-talkies)

Follow safety protocols and store procedures in a camera-monitored environment
Qualifications

Prior customer service or retail experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment and “hustle” when busy
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and work on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift

Ability to lift, carry, and move products and materials (typically up to 30–40 lbs)

Comfortable using carts and other basic equipment for stocking
