Location: Pearlington, MS
Job Type: Full-time, Rotating Shifts
Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our Pipe Plant in Pearlington, MS. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, be able to work both days and nights, and have availability to work weekends. This is a full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform grinding and cleaning tasks to prepare pipes for production
Rig and move materials and products using cranes, forklifts, and other equipment
Paint and coat pipes as required
Perform general cleanup and maintenance duties around the plant
Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs) regularly
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends
