Job duties and responsibilities:
· Working with Quality to get new items approved.
· Adding new items into system.
· Work with customers to resolve customer complaints.
· Follow upon open purchase orders.
· Key in orders into system.
· Scan and file.
· Process or acknowledge customer inquiries within 24 hours.
· Run errands for the company when needed.
· Create picks of product for warehouse.
· Assist in getting pricing from suppliers on products.
· Assist with sending pricing to customers.
· Any other duties assigned by your Manager.
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
· Graduate, High School Diploma or GED.
· Two years or more experience in sales, customer service or purchasing.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills; Attention to detail; organizational skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to multitask; strong problem solving and analytical skills.
· Self-starter with ability to work independently, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Forward-thinking and open-minded; adaptability and versatility in a dynamic environment.
· Ability to effectively work in a team environment while maintaining group morale and mutual respect.
