Position Summary:
As our Office Manager / Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing financial records, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-to-medium business environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in accurate bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (or other accounting software)
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and benefits coordination
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist leadership as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager, bookkeeper, or administrative manager
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
