Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and install boat interiors and structural components

• Work with wood, fiberglass, aluminum, and other composite materials

• Perform custom cabinetry and finish carpentry work for marine vessels

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and build specifications

• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish materials

• Collaborate with other departments (electrical, welding, upholstery) to ensure smooth build process

• Sanding, fairing, fitting, and bonding parts with marine adhesives and resins

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in marine, custom woodworking, or cabinetmaking

• Comfortable working with a variety of materials including wood, fiberglass, and metal

• Ability to measure, cut, and fit components accurately

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
