Job Full Description
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, customer communications, invoicing, and supporting the leadership team with financial tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in office management and bookkeeping, with hands-on experience using QuickBooks Desktop or Online.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff (if applicable)

Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks

Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and reconcile bank statements

Track job costs, inventory, and vendor purchases

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting

Handle customer service calls and scheduling of service technicians

Order office and shop supplies as needed

Support management with reports, HR paperwork, and general operations
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of office management or administrative experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in an industrial or service-based environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting a plus
