Position Summary:
As our Office Manager / Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing financial records, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-to-medium business environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in accurate bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (or other accounting software)
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
Support HR functions
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist leadership as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office manager, bookkeeper, or administrative manager
Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
