Job Summary:
As our Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling or visiting our office. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for customers while supporting our team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in clients and answer incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
Schedule appointments and manage the agency calendar
Assist clients with basic questions or direct them to the appropriate team member
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document prep
Translate and communicate policy information clearly when needed
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
1+ years of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
Professional and courteous communication skills
Proficient with computers, email, and basic office software
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
