Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual for a full-time property maintenance technician position in Stone County. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance. This is a long-term opportunity for a hardworking individual with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
General property maintenance tasks
Repairs and upkeep of facilities
Lawn care and landscaping
Light construction or maintenance work as needed
Qualifications:
Previous property maintenance experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
