Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plans and assist in preparing estimates for upcoming projects
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and contractors
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Perform basic office tasks including data entry and document management
• Visit job sites as needed to ensure work is progressing smoothly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Preferred But Not Required:
• Experience in project coordination, estimating, or office administration
• Familiarity with reading basic construction plans or documents
