Job Title: HRIS Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The HRIS Support Specialist provides customer service and assistance to the organization by responding to both internal and external inquiries related to HR data, policies, and procedures. This role is responsible for managing employee demographic information, processing terminations, and ensuring accuracy of employee data within the HRIS application. The HRIS Support Specialist partners with the compensation and benefits team, supports overall HR operations, and helps achieve business goals while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and professional ethics.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and support to the Compensation and Benefits Department, responding to employee inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.Manage employee demographic data in the HRIS system, including processing terminations, transfers, and other personnel changes with accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate as a member of the HR team to achieve business goals, improve quality outcomes, and enhance employee satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in all HR activities and practices.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform additional duties as assigned or requested to support HR operations and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of HR, benefits administration, or HRIS experience preferred.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Proficiency in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
