Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the store and over the phone with product questions, orders, and quotes
Make warm and cold calls to customers who have received quotes or expressed interest
Enter customer and sales data accurately into company systems
Support basic clerical and administrative duties (filing, scheduling, emails, etc.)
Help keep the store clean, organized, and presentable for customers
Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer/data entry skills
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
Friendly, professional, and reliable work ethic
