Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to manage office operations, support policy and procedure development, and maintain corporate records. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong communication skills, able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy & Procedure Management:
- Maintain and manage organizational policies and procedures
- Ensure policy documentation is up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible
- Assist with the creation, review, and distribution of internal documents
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Corporate Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies
- Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems
- Support compliance with internal and external documentation requirements
General Support Tasks:
- Provide administrative support across departments
- Assist with projects and initiatives as needed
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the business
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or fiscal processes
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, positive, and solution-oriented
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
