Marketing Manager
Overview:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and compassionate Marketing Manager to lead our outreach efforts and grow awareness of our mission to find loving homes for animals in need. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about animal welfare, skilled in digital and traditional marketing, and eager to make a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pet adoptions, fundraising events, and community programs
- Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and website content to increase engagement and reach
- Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and success stories, to showcase adoptable pets and agency impact
- Coordinate media outreach, public relations, and partnerships with local organizations and influencers
- Oversee marketing calendar and campaign performance analytics
- Collaborate with the adoption, volunteer, and fundraising teams to support agency goals
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure consistent branding across all materials
- Organize and promote special events such as adoption fairs, fundraising drives, and awareness campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in nonprofit, animal welfare, or community-focused organizations
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, SEO, CMS platforms)
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
