Job Full Description


Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Handle project documentation including contracts, permits, insurance certificates, and job files

Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and job cost tracking

Support payroll processing, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping functions

Maintain office supplies, organize files, and ensure a clean, efficient workspace

Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure administrative needs are met

Help with onboarding and HR paperwork for new employees

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or construction-related support

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks or construction software experience a plus

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
