Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to maintain and repair building systems and equipment. This position is responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct inspections and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance and HVAC systems
- HVAC certification or technical training preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
