Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Analyst to support an enterprise IT Integration Office (ITIO) responsible for governance, quality assurance, and optimization across the IT organization. This role focuses on integrating strategy, processes, data, and governance to drive compliance, cost optimization, and data-driven decision making across a matrixed IT environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, contractual, and technical expertise, along with the ability to translate leadership strategy into actionable plans and standardized processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead assigned IT integration and governance initiatives in compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements
Translate strategic direction from leadership into detailed, executable action plans
Facilitate process definition, process mapping, and data set identification
Engineer and implement standardized, repeatable processes to support enterprise-wide health assessments and reporting
Identify cross-department interdependencies to enable holistic governance and data-driven insights
Support existing IT governance and “homeroom” processes to improve data standardization and executive decision making
Drive compliance and cost-optimization initiatives, including reconciliations, benchmarks, audits, and variance analysis
Manage supplier and contract activities, including review, negotiation, utilization tracking, and compliance of IT vendor agreements, maintenance contracts, and software licenses
Participate in special projects related to IT operations, cost-reduction initiatives, and enterprise coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience,
OR
Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience,
OR
PhD with 0+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
8+ years of progressive experience in IT management, IT procurement, or contract management
Strong experience managing IT contracts, including vendor negotiations and compliance tracking
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and reporting/analytics tools
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, ISO, CMMC, or similar standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical topics to both executive and SME audiences
Demonstrated ability to operate with strategic foresight, analytical rigor, and comfort in ambiguous environments
Proven problem-solver with executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
