Job Full Description
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team at a local apartment community. This role is responsible for assisting prospective residents, supporting leasing operations, and helping maintain a positive experience for current tenants.
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property and available units
Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries about leasing information
Assist with lease applications, paperwork, and resident onboarding
Maintain organized leasing records and update property management systems
Support marketing efforts and help maintain model units and common areas
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, leasing, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and property management software
Professional, reliable, and able to work with a team
Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including occasional weekends
