Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling both administrative and light financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support (filing, scheduling, data entry, answering phones/emails)
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
Support payroll or timesheet tracking (if applicable)
Coordinate office supplies and vendor communication
Assist management with reports and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1–3 years of administrative experience (accounting exposure preferred)
Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with accounting software is a plus (QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
