Job Full Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across multiple residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Complete basic carpentry work (repairs, installations, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Ability to diagnose and repair common property issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred (Not Required):
- HVAC experience
- Prior experience in property management or real estate maintenance
- Certifications or trade schooling
