Responsibilities
- Perform general building and facility maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Complete carpentry repairs and building improvements.
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance and repairs.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair small motors and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Respond to maintenance requests and equipment issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or commercial building maintenance required.
- Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and small motor repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and up to 13-hour shifts as needed.
