NOW HIRING — POLYMER TECH & BAY CLEANER
We are currently seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals for Polymer Technician and Bay Cleaner positions at a composite manufacturing facility in Gulfport, MS.
Polymer Technician
Responsibilities may include:
- Working with composite/polymer materials and production processes
- Following production specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Operating and maintaining production equipment
- Inspecting finished work for quality and accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Preferred qualifications:
- Manufacturing, composites, fiberglass, polymer, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a production environment
Bay Cleaner
Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning and maintaining production bays and work areas
- Removing production debris and maintaining housekeeping standards
- Following facility safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Assisting with general cleanup and material handling as needed
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, construction, or cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in an industrial production environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures
