Barista / Cashier

We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Barista/Cashier to join our team in Gulfport!
Pay: $13.00–$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the cash register and POS system
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments
- Provide customers with accurate change and receipts
- Balance and maintain the cash drawer
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
- Restock beverages, food items, and other supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation:
Starting pay of $13.00–$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance.
